Breaking News: LR 123 Declared Unconstitutional

Legislative Referendum 123 (LR 123) was a fiscally irresponsible ballot measure that would have put our schools, health care, and public safety at risk in order to distribute tax kickbacks that mostly benefit the richest Montanans.
The Montana Supreme Court has declared the measure unconstitutional. It will not be on the November ballot.
