Budget Center Co-Director to Speak at Great Falls Rising

Heather O’Loughlin, co-director of the Montana Budget and Policy Center and recently elected to the Helena City Commission, will be Tuesday's guest speaker at Great Falls Rising.

The meeting is 6:30-8 p.m., Church of the Incarnation, 600 3rd St. N. Entrance is through the south door via the alley.

The public may attend.

O'Loughlin is a former resident of Great Falls.
